The Veltopismakusian scientist Zoanthrohago conducts an experiment reducing Tarzan to the size of a Minunian, and the ape-man is imprisoned and enslaved among other Trohanadalmakusian prisoners of war. An amnesiac Tarzan and his monkey companion Nkima are taken by an African warrior to be his guardian spirits, and as such come into conflict with the murderous secret society of the Leopard Men.
The All-Story published it in its entirety in installments, and it was published in 1914 as a novel. The next and most famous adaptation was Tarzan the Ape Man (1932), starring Johnny Weissmuller, who went on to star in 11 other Tarzan films. The book has been adapted into comic form on a number of occasions, both in the original Tarzan comic strip and comic books. (The only other lost city Tarzan visits more than once is Opar.).
You yourself haven't been very polite here at all. At the end of that novel Tarzan learns that her death was a ruse, that she had not been killed at all.
